The company operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where technology, innovation, and operational efficiency are central to its business. About the Role The Controller will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls. This individual will play a key role in strengthening accounting processes, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing leadership with meaningful insights into the company's financial performance. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management. Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Prepare and review financial statements, P QuickBooks or similar platforms preferred. Industry experience in advertising, marketing, branding, creative agencies, or related professional services is strongly preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and improve existing processes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
