A leading premium K-12 institution in Bengaluru is looking to appoint an experienced Principal – ICSE Curriculum to provide strategic and academic leadership for its ICSE school. Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the ICSE school and ensure alignment with the institution's mission and values.
• Lead academic planning, curriculum implementation, assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement across all grade levels.
• Recruit, mentor, coach, and evaluate faculty while promoting continuous professional development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for students.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students, faculty, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ICSE regulations and educational best practices.
• Oversee school operations in collaboration with functional teams including Admissions, HR, Finance, and Administration.
• Promote innovation, technology integration, and experiential learning.
• Represent the school at academic forums and strengthen its reputation within the education community.

Desired Profile

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline. B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in K-12 education, with significant leadership experience in an ICSE school.
• Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or Senior Academic Leader.
• Strong understanding of the ICSE curriculum, pedagogy, assessments, and regulatory framework.
• Proven track record of improving academic standards and leading institutional growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
• High levels of integrity, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
