About the RoleWe are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join as Account Manager. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of freight shipments, working closely with customers and carriers to deliver efficient transportation solutions.This is a salaried position, offering uncapped earning potential for high performers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow a portfolio of new and existing clientsSource and manage relationships with reliable carriersNegotiate competitive pricing with both customers and carriersCoordinate and oversee shipments from pickup to deliveryTrack freight movements and provide timely updates to customersResolve service issues and ensure customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase profitabilityCommunicate proactively regarding shipment status, ETAs, and availability
RequirementsPrevious experience in logistics, transportation, or sales (preferred but not essential)Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfident communication and negotiation abilitiesBasic computer literacySelf-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindsetWillingness to work as an independent contractor (1099)
