We're Hiring: National Sales/Business Development Leader - Refrigerated Transportation

$185K–$200K Base + Uncapped Commission Remote with National Territory
We're partnering with an innovative company in the commercial transportation space to find a proven sales leader who can drive national growth and eventually build and lead a sales team.
Let's be clear: You MUST bring an active, working book of business and established relationships across the refrigerated transportation industry, particularly within TRU and refrigerated trailer dealer networks, including Thermo King and Carrier.
We're not looking for someone who needs to build their network from scratch. We need someone who already knows the decision-makers, can pick up the phone, get meetings, and turn relationships into revenue.
What we're looking for:10+ years of sales/business development experience in commercial transportationAn established, revenue-producing network within TRU and refrigerated trailer dealers, refrigerated fleets, food distributors, or cold-chain operatorsProven success opening and closing large national accountsA hands-on, individual contributor who wants the opportunity to build and lead a teamWillingness to travel up to 50%
Experience with electrification or battery technology is a plus, but your industry relationships are what matter most.
