T. Murty & Associates (TMA) is a 30+ year old Chartered Accountants firm based in Hyderabad. We provide accounting, taxation, audit and advisory services to businesses across multiple industries.

Role Description

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to work from our Hyderabad office and manage the accounting and finance functions of 2–3 group companies across different sectors. The role requires ownership of end-to-end accounting, financial reporting and coordination with our tax and audit teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple group entities. Review books of account and ensure timely monthly and annual closures. Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and management reports. Oversee GST, TDS and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities. Monitor receivables, payables and cash flows. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications CA / CMA / M. Com / B. Com with relevant experience. 3–5 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, Excel and ERP/accounting software. Ability to independently manage multiple entities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
