Hiring: International Sales Executive

Industry: Diamond & Jewellery Industry

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–7+ years of B2B international sales experience in diamonds, jewellery or luxury goods.

Function: International Sales & Business Development

We are looking for an experienced International Sales professional with strong B2B sales experience in the diamond/jewellery industry to drive business across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new international clients, retailers, luxury brands and diamond/jewellery buyers .
• Manage and grow existing international accounts.
• Drive sales across Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada and Europe .
• Handle pricing, negotiations, commercial terms and order closure.
• Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Diamond Sorting and Logistics teams for order execution.
• Track global market trends, competitor activity and diamond/precious metal pricing.
• Represent the company at international jewellery exhibitions and trade shows .
• Travel internationally for client meetings and business development.

Key Requirements

• 2–7+ years of B2B international sales experience in diamonds, jewellery or luxury goods.
• Proven sales experience in international markets , especially Southeast Asia, South America, Africa, Canada or Europe.
• Strong understanding of diamonds, jewellery manufacturing and export documentation .
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• International client network will be an advantage.
• International travel experience is mandatory.
• Graduate/MBA or Gemology certification (GIA/IGI) preferred.
• Knowledge of a foreign language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, French or Spanish will be an advantage.
