Client Partner – Executive Search | Jaipur (Preferred) Location of candidate : Jaipur (Preferred) | Ahmedabad | Vadodara | Bhopal | Kanpur | Lucknow | Delhi | Gurugram Experience: 10 years in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, CXO, Niche Hiring in Non IT domain. We are looking for an experienced Client Partner – Executive Search to join our growing team and lead senior-level hiring mandates across industries. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end executive search and leadership hiring assignments. Partner with clients to understand their leadership hiring requirements and provide strategic talent advisory. Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular client meetings and stakeholder engagement. Independently drive search strategy, market mapping, candidate assessment, and successful closures. Deliver exceptional hiring outcomes while ensuring a high-quality client and candidate experience. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business and delivery objectives. What We're Looking For Proven experience in Executive Search, Leadership Hiring, or Recruitment Consulting. Demonstrated success in independently managing senior and CXO-level hiring mandates. Strong client-facing experience with the ability to conduct regular client meetings and develop trusted relationships. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consultative selling skills. Experience in closing leadership positions with compensation packages of ₹30 LPA and above . Strong understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring practices.
