We deliver a wide range of technology and staffing solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. Role Description This is a remote internship with NAZZTEC's US Staffing team . As a US Staffing Trainee/Intern , you'll support end-to-end recruitment activities for US IT requirements, including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening, profile shortlisting, follow-ups, and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with experienced US IT Recruiters and get hands-on exposure to real-time US staffing requirements, recruitment tools, candidate databases, and industry processes. Who We Are Looking For Must Have: Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English, with clear pronunciation and strong communication confidence Good American communication style/accent or the ability to communicate clearly with US-based candidates and clients Ability to confidently and clearly explain job roles, opportunities, and requirements to candidates Strong professional writing skills for emails, candidate communication, and internal coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A genuine desire to build a career in US IT Staffing / US Technical Recruitment Willingness to work according to US business hours and shift requirements Should Have: Prior experience or internship exposure in US Staffing / US IT Recruitment would be a plus Basic understanding of the US recruitment process and staffing industry Knowledge of US staffing models such as C2C, W2, C2H, and 1099 would be an advantage Familiarity with US work authorization types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD, OPT, and CPT would be preferred A proactive and learning-oriented attitude Good organizational and time management skills Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or recruitment tools Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate and client information US Time Zone Exposure During the internship, you may work on requirements and coordinate with candidates across the following US time zones: Eastern Time (EST/EDT) Central Time (CST/CDT) Pacific Time (PST/PDT) What You'll Gain Hands-on experience with real-time US IT Staffing requirements Exposure to US recruitment processes and staffing models Experience in sourcing and screening candidates for the US market Exposure to different US time zones and recruitment coordination Hands-on experience with real-time recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and job portals Mentorship from experienced US IT Technical Recruiters Opportunity to understand US work authorization and employment types Access to curated, pre-selected Udemy courses relevant to the internship program, with a requirement to present key takeaways and learnings to the management A formal Internship Letter upon successful completion of the program Duration: 3 Months (Extendable) Type: Remote / Full-Time Eligibility: Open to candidates across India Apply Now: Send your updated resume to Subject Line: “3-Months (Extendable) US Staffing Internship/Trainee Program at NAZZTEC” Let NAZZTEC be your stepping-stone into the exciting world of US IT Staffing!
