As part of our expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-driven College Student Placement Coordinator who can build strong connections with colleges, universities, placement departments, students, and academic stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, communication, coordination, and working closely with young talent. The person will play an important role in developing our campus hiring network and student talent pipeline across Bengaluru and other locations as required. Job Summary The College Student Placement Coordinator will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with colleges and universities, connecting with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Placement Coordinators, Deans, HODs, faculty members, and student representatives, and coordinating campus recruitment initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between Creatigrity Technologies and educational institutions and will support the recruitment team in generating a strong pipeline of fresh graduates and entry-level talent. Key Responsibilities1. College & University Relationship Management Identify colleges, universities, institutes, and educational organizations that can support our hiring requirements. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with: Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) Placement Officers College Management Deans and HODs Faculty Members Career Development Teams Student Placement Representatives Develop a database of colleges and key placement contacts. Regularly communicate with college representatives regarding current and upcoming hiring opportunities. Maintain long-term relationships with institutions to create recurring campus hiring partnerships. 2. Campus Recruitment & Placement Coordination Coordinate campus recruitment drives from initial discussion through completion. Share job descriptions, eligibility criteria, hiring details, and recruitment processes with colleges. Coordinate with placement departments to finalize dates, venues, student participation, and recruitment schedules. Arrange virtual and physical campus recruitment drives. Coordinate aptitude tests, screening, interviews, assessments, group discussions, and other selection activities where applicable. Ensure smooth communication between the college, candidates, and Creatigrity's recruitment team. Track the status of each campus recruitment activity and provide regular updates internally. 3. Student Engagement & Talent Pipeline Build relationships with final-year students, recent graduates, student coordinators, and placement representatives. Promote relevant job opportunities, internships, training programs, and career opportunities among eligible students. Develop and maintain a database of students based on qualification, specialization, graduation year, location, skills, and availability. Generate a continuous pipeline of fresh graduates for current and future recruitment requirements. Coordinate student registrations and ensure candidates understand the recruitment process. Follow up with students throughout the recruitment cycle. 4. College Outreach Conduct regular outreach to colleges through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other professional channels. Identify new colleges and expand the company's institutional network. Conduct cold outreach to prospective colleges and placement departments. Follow up consistently with placement officers and college representatives. Schedule meetings and presentations with colleges when required. Maintain accurate records of communication, discussions, commitments, and follow-ups. 5. Campus Hiring Events Plan and coordinate college hiring events, placement drives, career sessions, and recruitment campaigns. Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure interview panels, assessments, candidate lists, and schedules are prepared. Coordinate logistics for physical campus visits. Ensure candidates receive timely information regarding interview schedules, locations, documents, and next steps. Collect feedback from colleges and students after recruitment activities. 6. Internal Coordination Work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment teams to understand current and upcoming hiring requirements. Share candidate and college information with recruiters in a timely manner. Coordinate candidate screening and interview schedules. Track candidate progress from registration through selection and onboarding. Provide regular reports on college outreach, student engagement, candidate registrations, interviews, selections, and conversions. 7. Database & Reporting Maintain and regularly update records of: Colleges contacted College contact persons TPO and placement officer details Colleges onboarded for hiring Students registered Candidates shortlisted Interviews scheduled Candidates selected Candidates joining Pending follow-ups Campus drives conducted Future recruitment opportunities Prepare periodic reports and provide management with updates on campus recruitment performance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will primarily be measured through: Number of new colleges contacted Number of active college relationships established Number of placement officers engaged Number of colleges onboarded Number of campus drives coordinated Number of student registrations generated Number of qualified candidates sourced Candidate interview and selection ratios Candidate joining/conversion rate Follow-up effectiveness Quality and accuracy of college/student databases Growth of the overall campus talent network Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Confidence in speaking with college authorities and students. Strong networking and outreach abilities. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Ability to make professional phone calls and conduct meetings. Good negotiation and convincing abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable maintaining databases and preparing reports. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, LinkedIn, and other communication platforms. Ability to work independently as well as with a recruitment team. Strong ownership and willingness to achieve outreach and recruitment targets. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Prior experience in campus recruitment, college relations, business development, student engagement, HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and networking skills may also be considered. Candidates with existing relationships with colleges or placement departments will have an added advantage.
