Exp level: 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Key skills: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms PPT, Canva

Ideal candidate would be currently working with interior designing Company/Architect firm/Real-Estate/Construction industry carrying attention to detail & quick adaptor.

Pay: Good Hike on last drawn Compensation plan.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tendering & Documentation Specialist to handle end-to-end documentation, client empanelments, tender submissions, visual presentations, and basic compliance support for our interior design firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Empanelments: Prepare, track, and manage registration packages and credentials for corporate, institutional, and government client empanelments.

Tender Management: Source, compile, and submit complete tender packages (Technical Bids, BOQs, EMDs, and statutory forms) on e-procurement portals.

Presentations & Editing : Design client pitch decks and project portfolios (PowerPoint/Canva) and perform basic editing on site photos, logos, and floor plans (Photoshop/Illustrator).

Edu Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to company processes.
