Job Description The Project Manager - Triad - Commercial Construction will be responsible for: Managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction Leading project administration activities including preparing RFIs, reviewing submittals, pricing change orders, managing contracts, and overseeing project documentation Collaborating closely with Project Executives, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to successfully delivering projects ranging from $500K renovations to large-scale developments exceeding $50M Monitoring project financial performance utilizing CMIC while maintaining accurate forecasts, cost controls, and reporting Leveraging Procore and Microsoft Project for project planning, communication, documentation, and schedule management Supporting continued growth within the Triad region by managing a diverse mix of Life Science, Higher Education, Commercial Office, and Light Industrial projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The Project Manager - Triad - Commercial Construction will have: 5-7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience within commercial construction The ability to independently managing projects without significant Assistant Project Manager support Experience delivering projects within one or more of the following sectors: Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial Office, Healthcare, Industrial, or Commercial Construction Experience utilizing Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management software effectively in daily project operations Strong skills in managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgets, schedules, and client communications Residing in or willing to work within the Triad region of North Carolina with 50/50 onsite/office project involvement What's on Offer The Project Manager - Triad - Commercial Construction can expect: Base salary of $100,000-125,000 (based on experience) Employment with a financially stable and growing contractor with more than four decades of industry success Exposure to a wide range of project sizes, sectors, and complexity levels A collaborative culture known for employee retention and strong leadership support Additional compensation through a robust project-based bonus program Valuable benefits including employer-paid healthcare, vehicle allowance, and long-term career growth opportunities
