Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager Position Overview The Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within the lawn care and landscaping sector through proactive prospecting, client relationship development, and effective account management. This role requires a disciplined sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to oversee service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. \n \n $55,000 - $75,000 a year Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through structured prospecting, cold calling, and targeted outreach Develop and maintain longterm relationships with residential and commercial clients Manage assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication, service accuracy, and timely followup Oversee the execution of sold jobs to confirm alignment with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards Conduct routine property inspections to verify service quality and identify improvement opportunities Evaluate existing accounts for potential service enhancements and upsell opportunities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job details, and sales activities within company systems Collaborate with operational teams to support efficient job scheduling, service delivery, and process improvement initiatives Qualifications & Requirements Prior experience in outside sales, cold calling, or leadgenerationfocused roles preferred Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a structured schedule Comfortable working outdoors and visiting client properties regularly Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to highquality service \n Company benefits Holidays / PTO Tuition reimbursement
