Head of GCC Sales - Finance Transformation

Taxilla is looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic business leader to build and scale our GCC Business , with a strong focus on Finance Transformation powered by Taxilla’s Autonomous Platform .

This is a leadership role for someone who understands how large enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) are transforming Finance through AI, automation, autonomous workflows and technology-led operating models .

The person will work closely with CFOs, CIOs, GCC/GBS leaders, Finance Transformation Heads and other CXOs to identify high-value transformation opportunities and help organizations reimagine and automate their Finance operations.

• Build and drive Taxilla's GCC business strategy, pipeline and revenue charter .
• Develop relationships with CFOs, CIOs, GCC/GBS leaders and Finance Transformation executives .
• Identify and shape enterprise-scale Finance Transformation opportunities.
• Drive transformation conversations across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, Reconciliation, Financial Close and Reporting .
• Lead the complete opportunity lifecycle — from relationship building and discovery to solution design, business case, commercial negotiation and closure .
• Build strategic partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, GCC ecosystem players and technology partners .
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Pre-Sales, Delivery and Marketing teams to develop industry-specific transformation solutions .
• Create referenceable customers, success stories and repeatable transformation propositions.
• Provide market insights to influence product roadmap, positioning, packaging and GTM strategy .
• Ultimately, own the growth of the GCC business and build it into a significant revenue engine for Taxilla.

We are looking for a leader who brings a combination of Finance Transformation expertise, GCC/GBS understanding, enterprise business development and technology experience .

You should have:

• 12–18+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, GCC/GBS, Shared Services, enterprise consulting, technology/SaaS, managed services or related areas.
• Strong experience engaging with CFOs, Finance Heads, GCC/GBS leaders and CXOs .
• Deep understanding of Finance processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Tax, Reconciliation, Financial Close and Reporting .
• Experience in selling, consulting or implementing Finance Transformation, automation, AI, ERP or managed-services solutions .
• A proven track record of building strategic accounts, creating enterprise opportunities and taking complex deals from origination to closure .
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into technology-led transformation opportunities .
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a business rather than simply manage an existing portfolio .

• GCC / GBS / Shared Services leadership or transformation experience.
• CA / CPA / CMA or equivalent Finance qualification .
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or other enterprise platforms .
• Exposure to AI Agents, Autonomous Workflows, RPA, Process Mining or Low-Code/No-Code platforms .
• Experience across BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology or eCommerce .
• Strong existing relationships within the GCC, CFO and Finance leadership ecosystem .
