Landlord Representative - Retail leasing

What you’ll be responsible for:

* Managing and developing relationships with landlords and property owners

* Driving retail leasing mandates and generating new business opportunities

* Identifying and engaging with potential retail occupiers

* Managing the leasing lifecycle from mandate acquisition to closure

* Conducting market research and providing insights on rental trends, tenant mix and positioning

* Negotiating commercial terms and facilitating successful deal closures

* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the retail real estate ecosystem

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience in Retail Leasing / Landlord Representation

Excellent business development and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of the retail real estate market

Proven track record of managing client relationships and closing transactions

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
