Job Responsibilities :

• Executing activity of exhibit batches
• Preparation of code list / BOM for exhibit batches
• Check material availability for exhibit batches & maintaining the stock of same by communicating with purchase & raising PR.
• Application of SAP code for exhibit batches
• Provide the costing & Freight Form for exhibit batches.

• Fulfillment of Commercial products.
• Preparation & revision of code list in DMS software.
• Checking of artworks & preparation of packing material specification in DMS software & SAP.
• Input & Updating of the NDC label information in SAP.
• In an urgency as per product requirement online proofing shall be carried out for all printed packaging material.

• Innovator Characterization, Container Suitability, Finalizing the packing material for stability charging.
• Preparing & finalized dimensions for secondary and tertiary packing materials.
• Initiation of final artwork proof for client submission & approval.
• Send the final artwork file to the purchase department for proofing activity.
• Send the approved shade card to plant QC and purchase department.
• For dossier filing product preparation of PM Specification and checking of Artwork.
• By coordinating with TTG department plan & monitor exhibit batches activity.
• Monitoring the Pre-exhibit batches packaging activity at R & D
• Initiation of CCP document
• To observe timely calibration of equipment and instruments.
• For the introduction of new packaging material information is given to Ambernath plant to know the availability of change part and conduct trial.
• Release of Packaging Material in SAP.
• Procurement of material for COM site and monitoring the Exhibit batch at COM site.
