## About the Role

We're looking for a Backend Engineer to build and scale the APIs, services, and data systems that power our platform, handling sensitive financial data with high reliability.

## What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs Work on and evolve our microservices architecture Write clean, well-tested code in Python and Java Script (Node.js) Work with relational and No SQL databases to manage financial data Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams to ship features end-to-end Optimize performance, reliability, and security across services

## What We're Looking For

*1+ years of experience* in backend development Strong programming skills in *Python* and *Java Script* Experience building and consuming REST APIs Working knowledge of databases (Postgre SQL, Open Search, Redis, Click House) Familiarity with Git and strong fundamentals in data structures and system design

## Good to Have

Cloud platforms (AWS), Docker, CI/CD Message queues (Kafka, AWS SQS) Prior fintech experience
