Role/ Profile Details:

Bolt is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to join our growing team within the BOLT AI & Analytics group . Our product is a complex, multi-tenant, web-based SaaS platform built on microservices architecture.

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our analytics-driven solutions. You will work closely with business and technology teams to validate data products, ensure seamless user experiences, and support the development of next-generation Insurtech solutions.

You would be working with Tech & Business team to build the next gen Insure tech data solutions. In addition, you will have opportunities to explore insurance domain from end to end along with exposure to niche technologies like cloud computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, self-service analytics, data services and many more

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for analytics and SaaS applications
• Validate data accuracy, transformations, and reporting outputs
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Ensure integrity and consistency of data pipelines, dashboards, and reports
• Validate analytics outputs and insights embedded within the platform
• Work with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide quality insights throughout the SDLC
• Identify opportunities to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency
• Enhance QA processes, frameworks, and tools to improve overall product quality
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Perform root cause analysis and ensure continuous improvement
• Guide and mentor junior QA team members
• Promote best practices in quality engineering and testing standards

Qualifications

• Must have good domain knowledge in P&C Insurance (Preferably in US Market).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using GenAI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/Claude) to create testcases, automate it and summarize the test execution results.
• Should have proficiency in writing SQL queries and pull ad-hoc data. Ability to validate and refine GenAI-generated SQL , insights, and narratives, ensuring accuracy and alignment with source data.
• Awareness of responsible AI usage, including data privacy, hallucination checks, and governed use of enterprise LLMs.
• Should be able to handle multiple time sensitive bugs/enhancements requests
• Should have experience in testing DWH data models, data marts and Dashboards
• Should have experience in understanding source to target mapping (ETL specs), report specifications.
• Work with business analysts, developers, and product teams to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Should be able to support User Acceptance Testing, Production bugs
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST, etc.)
• Should be able to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end deliverables
• Should have 5 years+ relevant experience
• Vibe Coding, AI Tools experience (Advantage for this skills)
