A leading premium international K-12 institution in Bengaluru is seeking an accomplished Principal – IB Curriculum to provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for its International Baccalaureate programme. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the IB programme while upholding the school's vision, mission, and educational philosophy.
• Ensure excellence in the delivery of the IB curriculum through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
• Lead curriculum planning, programme development, and continuous school improvement initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing academic and leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and student well-being.
• Ensure compliance with International Baccalaureate standards, programme requirements, and authorization expectations.
• Partner closely with parents, students, faculty, and the wider school community to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.
• Oversee academic operations, faculty performance, resource planning, and school-wide initiatives.
• Promote professional development and instructional excellence across the school.
• Represent the institution at educational forums and strengthen its academic reputation nationally and internationally.

Desired Profile

• Postgraduate degree in Education or a relevant discipline; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in K-12 education, including senior leadership within an IB World School.
• Previous experience as a Principal, Head of School, Vice Principal, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the International Baccalaureate philosophy, curriculum frameworks, assessment methodologies, and authorization/evaluation processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading school improvement, faculty development, and student achievement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative, student-centred leader with strong strategic vision and global perspective.
