The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing team representing plaintiffs nationwide in sophisticated personal injury mass tort and product liability matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who values plaintiff-side advocacy client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury mass tort defective drug medical device and product liability matters Draft pleadings motions discovery requests and related litigation documents with accuracy and efficiency Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations settlement negotiations and other personal injury proceedings from intake through resolution Manage an assigned caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys and mentoring junior team members on complex or high-exposure matters Qualifications JD from an ABA-approved law school with active bar membership in good standing 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience (mass tort defective drug medical device or product liability experience a plus) Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with legal research platforms case management systems and electronic document platforms preferred Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney seeking plaintiff-side litigation exposure, mentorship and long-term stability.
