Full Stack Engineer

Job Description Must have skills: True full stack Developer - Strong across front end, APIs and services, data, and DevOps, and comfortable moving between layers as needed Agile in practice: Ships in short cycles, iterates on customer feedback, and is comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following - Java, gRPC, API development, Javascript, Typescript, React Exposure to public cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS) Experience of working in SQL, RDBMS / NoSQL databases Should be conversant with JUnit and integration testing, Docker scripts Hybrid infrastructure fluency: Has worked across on-prem, public cloud, and the migration paths between them, and can choose the right environment for the problem. Nice to have skills: Good understanding of AI Tool usage Modern and AI-ready: Hands-on with current stacks (microservices, containers, CI/CD, APIs), and has used or integrated AI/GenAI in real products Ownership mindset: Takes responsibility for quality, uptime, and customer experience, and doesn't wait for handoffs. Good Verbal and Written Communication skills Proactive and good command on coding and Unit Testing Self starter and ability to delivery independently under customer supervision
