We’re looking for a process-oriented, tool-savvy Project Management Executive who can plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects with speed, clarity, and accountability.

Note : We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in non-IT or agency environments.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, track, and close projects across marketing, branding, and creative verticals
• Own dashboards, timelines, client communication, and deliverable reviews
• Build, improve, and document workflows using ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and AI-enabled tools
• Run deep root-cause analysis and fix bottlenecks with actionable solutions
• Evaluate and implement PM tools; drive automation and efficiency
• Communicate assertively with stakeholders; ensure clarity and follow-through
• Conduct retrospectives; help build a culture of continuous improvement
• Handle multiple priorities without dropping context or deadlines
• Bring energy, attention, and reliability to every collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, or Engineering preferred)
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) is mandatory
• 1–2 years of hands-on PM experience (agency / marketing / tech / SaaS a plus)
• Proficiency in PM tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, risk, and stakeholder management

Bonus Skills

• Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools
• Managed multi-client, cross-functional projects
• Exposure to marketing, SaaS, or analytics sectors
