Position Overview Advantmed is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across RFPs, digital marketing, sales enablement, trade shows and events, and marketing operations. This role will independently manage projects from planning through completion and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Client Success, and other cross-functional teams to execute high-quality marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who can manage multiple priorities, proactively identify next steps, meet deadlines, and produce polished, accurate, and on-brand work. Key Responsibilities RFP experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred. Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or other marketing events and managing external vendors or agency partners preferred. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
