Vendor Operations Executive – Contract

We are looking for a Vendor Operations Executive to support vendor management, purchase orders, fulfillment, and operational performance. The role requires strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Excel and SQL .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely fulfillment and stock availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and fulfillment teams for smooth operations.
• Track operational metrics and identify process gaps.
• Prepare reports and support audit-related analysis.
• Work with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with SQL.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
