Role Description As a Job Buddy | Career Support Specialist, you will work remotely to assist job seekers in navigating their job search and application process. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying suitable job openings, tailoring resumes and profiles to match specific job descriptions, and submitting applications on behalf of clients. You will communicate with recruiters, maintain detailed records of applications, and provide clear, timely updates to clients about their job search progress. The role also involves offering practical career support, sharing interview preparation resources, and escalating any complex career concerns to senior team members. This role is designed to build strong experience in career services, client communication, and talent support in a tech-focused environment.
