About the Role

A leading and active social impact organization in Visakhapatnam is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Fundraising & Partnerships to support its resource mobilization and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop CSR, donor, and institutional partnership opportunities.
• Research CSR initiatives, grants, and funding opportunities.
• Prepare concept notes, proposals, presentations, budgets, and partnership documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, donors, foundations, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Coordinate proposal submissions, MoUs, and partnership follow-ups.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor reporting, and impact documentation.
• Maintain partnership databases and business development reports.
• Represent the organization at CSR meetings, networking events, and stakeholder engagements.
• Travel for partner meetings, project visits, and events as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and field visits.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
• Fluency in English and Telugu.
• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Salary

₹18,000–₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience) + performance-based incentives.
