Role Summary

Are you the go-to person in your team for designing impactful presentations or crafting intuitive digital experiences? Someone who can transform complex ideas into visually compelling stories and user-friendly interfaces that resonate with senior leadership and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly creative Visual Designer with presentation and UI/UX capabilities who can bring ideas to life through powerful slide design, infographics, digital interfaces, and user-centered design solutions. This includes creating wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes for dashboards, digital products, or internal platforms. This role requires someone who combines strong design fundamentals, visual storytelling, and UI/UX thinking with modern AI-enabled creative workflows to produce high-quality presentations, visual assets, and digital experiences for leadership communications, events, and strategic initiatives.

Major Deliverables

• Translate complex ideas and strategy content into clear visual narratives and executive-ready presentations using strong storytelling frameworks and visual hierarchy.

• Design high-impact leadership presentations for strategy reviews, keynotes, and board-level communication using advanced PowerPoint/Keynote capabilities.

• Apply UI/UX design principles to create intuitive digital experiences, including user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for internal products, dashboards, or digital initiatives.

• Design infographics, diagrams, and visual frameworks to simplify complex information across presentations and digital interfaces.

• Leverage AI tools for storyboarding, content structuring, visual concept generation, and rapid design prototyping.

• Create and maintain design systems, templates, and UI components aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate closely with C-suite leaders, product teams, and stakeholders, translating ideas into clear visual and user experience solutions under tight timelines.

Desired Experience

• 3–8 years of experience in presentation design, UI/UX design, visual communication, consulting design teams, or creative agencies.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating

• Executive presentations

• Infographics and visual storytelling

• Data visualization

• Event or keynote presentations

• Strong experience working with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.

• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into structured visual narratives.

• Experience working under tight timelines and high-stakes environments.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related

field preferred.
