Graphic designer + Motion designer

We’re hiring a Graphic + Motion Designer with 2–4 years of experience to create high-quality visual content across social media, advertising, branding, presentations, reels and motion design.

What you’ll do

* Design social media posts, carousels, stories and campaign creatives

* Create reels, short-form videos, motion graphics and animated content

* Develop Meta, Google and LinkedIn ad creatives

* Work on branding, visual identities, moodboards and brand guidelines

* Design pitch decks, presentations, proposals and marketing reports

* Adapt creatives across different formats and platforms

* Maintain strong visual consistency across multiple brands

* Use performance insights to improve and iterate creatives

* Use AI tools for static creatives, reels, video generation, ideation and editing

What we’re looking for

* 2–4 years of professional design experience

* Strong portfolio across social media, ads, branding and digital content

* Strong typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy skills

* Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva

* Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent motion/video tools

* Strong understanding of reels, pacing, hooks, transitions and social-first content

* Proficient in AI creative tools for both static and video content

* Ability to work fast, take feedback and maintain high design quality

* Agency, startup or marketing experience is a plus

Location: Hyderabad — On-site

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month, depending on experience and portfolio
