You’ll begin by learning customer service, Amazon and retail returns, package handling, and daily store operations.As you demonstrate reliability, accuracy, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn, you’ll have opportunities to train in additional areas—including shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services—and work toward advancement into a Retail Sales Associate position.What You’ll DoGreet customers and provide friendly, professional serviceAssist customers with Amazon and other retail returnsScan QR codes, labels, and packages using store systemsFollow return instructions and ensure transactions are processed accuratelyPrepare, consolidate, organize, and stage returned merchandiseHelp customers understand the return process and resolve basic questionsHandle customer packages and merchandise carefullyMaintain a clean and organized returns and customer-service areaAssist team members during busy periodsParticipate in ongoing training and developmentYour Growth PathRetail Returns Specialist ?
