Description:

We are seeking a versatile and data-driven Accounts Intern to oversee critical financial operations, controls, lead digital transformation initiatives, and optimise business operations. This role requires a blend of technical financial expertise, project management skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & ERP Leadership

- Act as the primary Project Lead for ERP implementation, leading the digital transformation of accounting and operational workflows.

- Streamline manual processes into automated digital systems to enhance data accuracy and cross-departmental efficiency.

Financial Analysis & Due Diligence:

- Perform comprehensive data consolidation, reconciliation, and analysis during Financial Due Diligence (FDD) phases.

- Oversee GST workings, including 3-year statutory reconciliations, internal audits, and regular filings to ensure 100% compliance.

Operational Audit & Cost Recovery

- Conduct rigorous logistics audits and remittance tracking.

- Identify financial leakages and manage vendor recovery processes (proven track record of recovering substantial outstanding amounts).

Inventory & Sales Analytics

- Manage inventory levels using advanced sales analysis, demand forecasting, and consumer behaviour metrics (e.g., Cart Analysis).

- Monitor D2C sales performance and perform detailed RTO (Return to Origin) tracking to minimise operational overhead.

Strategic B2B Engagements

- Lead B2B sales initiatives at major public industry events (e.g., AAHAR), focusing on maximising revenue and closing high-value deals.

Skills Required:

- Professional qualification in Finance (CA Finalist).

- Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations and digital systems.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power Query, and ERP environments (preferred).

- Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis and Reconciliation.

- Hands-on experience in ERP Project Management (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of GST compliance and Statutory Audits.

- Strategic mindset for inventory optimisation and B2B sales.
