Their platform helps large, mission-driven institutions close and book more revenue with the teams they already have, and they're scaling their outbound team to keep up with demand. In return, you get top-of-market pay and a seat on a team with several hires planned. We back this expectation with a $75,000 Base and a $90,000 OTE. Key Responsibilities Own Your Outbound: Run daily phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to senior leaders at large institutions. Book Quality Meetings: Turn conversations into qualified meetings that move the pipeline. Lead with Their Goals: Learn what your buyers are measured on and open every conversation there, not with a product pitch. Run Your Own Day: Manage your pipeline and activity with discipline and independence. Qualifications The Experience: 0–2 years of sales, business development or customer-facing experience. Prior SDR experience is a plus, but your drive and coachability matter most. Competitive Background: Former collegiate or professional athletes and military veterans thrive here.
