- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- 0630 - 1630 - Monday - Friday; weekends are call only
- Nov - Dec coverage needed, specific dates listed
- General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC) and healthy peds. No hearts or neurosurgery. Conscious Sedation is required.
- Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ
