Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to lead and execute business events that align with our brand’s goals.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Event,Marketing strategies,BTL and digital marketing, vendor management and data analytics , with a creative approach to delivering impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute business events, and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with brand positioning and lead generation goals .
• Develop BTL marketing strategies for effective audience engagement.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure events are well-promoted through various digital channels.
• Manage vendor relationships , negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless event execution.
• Develop and execute event budgets, timelines, and logistics planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and post-event reporting .
• Leverage creative thinking to design unique event experiences that resonate with the target audience.
• Utilize video editing skills for post-event content creation, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
• Analyze event performance metrics and leverage data insights to optimize future events and marketing efforts.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum (3-4) years in business event planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, BTL marketing, and digital marketing .
• Proven experience in vendor management and maintaining strong industry connections.
• Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique event formats.
• Knowledge of webinar platforms and virtual event execution.
• Team collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in video editing tools to create engaging promotional and post-event content.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills .
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and ability to derive insights from event metrics .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration , or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with event promotion tools and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in Event analytics and reporting tools to measure ROI and effectiveness.
