Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will handle international customers over calls and provide effective solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professional communication and customer service standards.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined process and timelines.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication and conversation skills .
• Comfortable working in a night shift .
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Candidates should be comfortable with Work From Office .
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior international voice/BPO/customer support experience will be an advantage.

• Experience: 3–8 Years
• Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate
• Age: As per company requirements
• Location: Bangalore candidates preferred
