Role Overview

Infinity Integrations is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, financial and purchase documentation. The individual will also work on purchase orders, vendor quotations, invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounts and bookkeeping in Tally. Manage purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal entries. Handle GST and TDS calculations, documentation and return-related data. Prepare and issue purchase orders. Obtain and compare vendor quotations. Follow up with vendors for quotations, invoices, deliveries and payments. Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and agreed terms. Maintain vendor ledgers, outstanding statements and payment records. Carry out bank and account reconciliations. Maintain proper accounting and procurement documentation.

Requirements 2–4 years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, purchase orders and vendor management is essential. Good numerical accuracy, documentation and follow-up skills.
