What you'll do

• Conduct interviews and demo evaluations for tutor candidates across curricula (CBSE, IGCSE, IB, British, American)
• Onboard selected tutors and train them on the Mentor Match product, platform, and teaching tools
• Deliver training on session SOPs, company policies, and student-engagement standards
• Coach tutors on converting their first trial/demo session into a paid enrolment
• Observe sessions, review feedback, and run refresher training where teaching quality or engagement falls short
• Maintain training material, checklists, and tutor readiness records

KPIs

• First three sales conversion rate of newly trained tutors (trial/demo to paid)
• Teaching quality scores from session audits and parent/student feedback
• Student engagement and retention in sessions handled by trained tutors
