Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role requires having previous construction contracting experience.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. The Project Manager coordinates with engineering, site supervision, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to technical specifications.

Daily activities include tracking project progress, addressing on-site issues, reviewing reports and documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, optimization of project workflows, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Project handling of construction projects and Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
• Client management, smart decision making for cost optimisation.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Inspection and quality oversight skills to verify work against drawings, standards, and safety requirements
• Logistics Management capabilities to handle material movement, vendor coordination, and site supply planning
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and documentation
• Ability to lead diverse teams on site, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial
