About Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance PeopleSoft HCM applications with a focus on Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration. The role is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, supporting application enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of critical HR and Payroll processes.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the Functional SME for PeopleSoft Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits modules.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend system improvements and process enhancements.
• Design functional solutions and prepare functional specifications for technical development teams.
• Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and business process changes.
• Support PeopleSoft Image Updates (PUM), tax updates, patches, and application upgrades.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to ensure business continuity.
• Support interfaces, integrations, and data conversion activities.
• Provide off-hours support for critical Payroll and HR processing activities when required.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Core HR, Payroll North America, and Benefits Administration.
• Experience with PeopleSoft configuration, testing, and implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience with PUM upgrades, patches, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing functional design documents and solution specifications.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security, workflow, and integrations.
• Ability to manage production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Mandatory Skills-PeopleSoft HCM, Core HR, Payroll North America.
• Good to Have- Benefits Administration, PUM Upgrades, PeopleSoft Query, Application Designer, Integration Broker, HRMS Implementations, UAT/SIT Testing, Production Support.
