Remote HR Service Delivery Specialist

Haleon plc. seeks a People Solutions Specialist to act as the first contact for employees and manage Tier 1 HR cases through ServiceNow, live chat, and email. You will provide end-to-end navigation, timely solutions, and escalations when needed.

You will help maintain policy compliance, improve Tier 1 processes, and collaborate with Tier 2 specialists while delivering excellent service in a hybrid office setup.
