About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead – Revenue Cloud / Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM) to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB), CPQ , and proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end ARM implementation .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce ARM solutions

• Configure and customize Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB)

• Work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Provide technical recommendations and participate in solution design discussions

• Develop Salesforce components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Support Salesforce integrations, UAT, testing, deployment, and production activities

• Troubleshoot defects and provide timely technical resolutions

• Ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce best practices

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Platform certifications are an added advantage
