Executive Community & Customer Success Manager

APAC / Middle East | meetmagic meetmagic is building a new kind of trusted business network. We have 3,500 senior decision makers globally who use meetmagic to share projects, access market intelligence, discover relevant technology partners and connect with trusted peers. Every conversation also creates an impact for charity. We're looking for someone who can help make both sides of this network move. You'll work directly with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other senior leaders, while ensuring our technology partners get genuine commercial value from the platform. What you'll do Recruit and onboard high-quality C-suite executives Build genuine relationships with senior leaders across APAC and MEA Encourage executives to share active projects and interests Drive adoption and engagement across the new meetmagic platform Understand our technology partners' ideal customers and wishlists Help surface relevant projects, matches and opportunities Own partner onboarding, account health and customer experience Generate executive referrals and help grow priority markets Identify renewals, expansion opportunities and churn risks Use AI daily to automate research, outreach, matching and reporting Keep Folk CRM relentlessly up to date Who we're looking for You may come from executive communities, delegate acquisition, enterprise customer success, B2B technology, events or account management. But there's one quality we care about above everything else You can make senior people want to talk to you again. You'll be confident with C-suite executives, commercially curious, organised, persistent without being annoying, comfortable picking up the phone and excited by using AI to work faster. This isn't a role for managing a database.
