Social Media Manager (Part-Time | Hybrid) Smiles+Grins Pediatric Dentistry | New York City We're looking for a highly creative, outgoing, and confident Social Media Manager to bring fresh energy and exciting ideas to our pediatric dental practice! The ideal candidate loves creating engaging content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, patient and team interviews, professional educational content, and fun, interactive social media campaigns. You should be comfortable approaching parents, patients, and staff, obtaining appropriate consent, and capturing authentic moments that showcase our practice. We're looking for a self-starter with a strong creative vision who can independently brainstorm, plan, film, and execute unique content ideas. Responsibilities include creating and publishing at least 3 high-quality posts per week, developing informative and engaging pediatric dental content, actively managing our social media presence, and building relationships with local families, community organizations, and businesses through creative collaborations and outreach. Schedule: Part-time, hybrid position — on-site every Wednesday and one Saturday per month at our NYC practice, with remote flexibility for the remaining workdays.
