Executive Assistant to Vice Chairman

A global investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Vice Chair. This is a highly visible, high-trust role providing direct, one-on-one support to a senior member of the executive team. Responsibilities: Manage complex, high-volume scheduling and calendar decisions with a high degree of independent judgment. Direct the flow of communication and information to and from the Vice Chair. Conduct research across a wide range of topics as needed. Provide comprehensive, no-task-too-small administrative support. Handle correspondence and written communication with accuracy and polish. Anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor s or advanced degree, with evidence of academic or other intellectual distinction. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. A no-task-too-small mindset and willingness to move fluidly between high-level and low-level work. Smart, curious, and autonomous, with strong core admin instincts and sound judgment. Schedule Hybrid Compensation $150,000 to $175,000 per year DOE + plus sign-on bonus and a generous benefits package.
