Job Title: Manager Compliance & Internal Audit

Salary: 7.2 to 8.4 LPA - (depends on experience )

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager Compliance & Internal Audit to lead our internal audit and quality function. The ideal candidate brings hands-on BFSI experience in regulatory compliance , call monitoring, and quality assurance, and is capable of independently managing audits initiated by banks, NBFCs, and the RBI . This role requires a strong command of both spoken and written communication, and the ability to lead a team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes month on month.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in BFSI (Mandatory) .
• Experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, and Quality Assurance .
• Hands-on experience with Call Monitoring and Quality Audits.
• Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
• Collections industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Compliance and Internal Audit activities.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Call Monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and BFSI regulations.
• Handle audits by Banks, NBFCs, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation.
• Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and manage the Internal Audit & Quality team.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual audit plans.
