Remote Medical Director - Primary Care

Description Job Purpose: The Medical Director – Primary Care provides clinical and administrative leadership for Denova’s Primary Care services through a dyad partnership with the Vice President of Medical Operations. This role is responsible for driving clinical quality, provider performance, patient outcomes, and operational effectiveness while maintaining active patient care practice . The Medical Director serves as a physician leader, coach, and strategic partner, supporting an integrated care model that aligns Primary Care with Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, and Wellness services.
