We are looking for a Senior Workday Extend Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday Extend to design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that extend standard Workday capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Workday Extend .
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Integrate Workday Extend applications with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Develop and support Workday APIs, EIBs, Studio integrations, and custom workflows.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance for Workday Extend development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years of strong Workday Extend development experience .
• Expertise in Workday Extend, Workday APIs, Studio, EIB, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience with business process configuration and security concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Extend Certification.
• Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
• Prior experience leading Workday Extend implementations or enhancements.
