• Lead and execute statutory audits for corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage audits of listed companies and coordinate with client management and audit teams.
• Assist clients in IPO-related assignments, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements while ensuring timely completion.
• Identify audit risks, recommend process improvements, and maintain high-quality audit documentation.
• Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
• Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and build long-term professional relationships.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
• Hands-on experience with Ind AS , Listed Companies Audits , and IPO assignments .
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
