Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote and sell insurance products professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 to 30 years of age .
• Minimum Intermediate qualification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Previous call center or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
