The person who keeps the business running smoothly day to day while I focus on clients — the coordination, the follow-through, the operations all run through you. The one quality I'm hiring for above all is proactiveness . You see what needs doing before being told, you bring me solutions rather than questions, and you never need to be chased. If people say you basically run things wherever you work, this role will feel like home. Your Main Tasks Client communication & care — handle all client conversations on WhatsApp end-to-end (playbooks provided); warm, polished, professional Sales follow-ups — follow up with interested clients at the right moment and close the loop Vendor sourcing & management — pandits, temples, suppliers: find, negotiate, coordinate, hold to deadlines Operations management — track every team member's tasks daily, flag delays, compile the weekly report Finance admin — salaries, pay dates, expense sheets, records — always accurate, always current Founder support — my calendar, travel coordination, purchases, appointments, reminders Inbox & triage — manage my email and messages: handle what you can, escalate only what truly needs me Research & coordination — prepare briefs, compare options before decisions, coordinate interviews and onboarding for new team hires Multi-brand support — take on tasks for my other brands and upcoming launches when needed Social & community — create simple graphics and posts using AI tools (we'll show you our system) and help build and manage our WhatsApp and social media community Own the bigger picture — work proactively and diligently with a focus on business development, not just task completion; see how each piece connects, spot opportunities and gaps, and bring them to me with solutions Adaptability — be prompt and flexible in handling the evolving needs of the business; priorities shift fast in a startup and you shift with them Location & Schedule Delhi NCR candidates only (mandatory). Remote day-to-day - Hybrid Shift Timings between India and US. Monday to Saturday · Saturday half day · Sunday off. Evening availability required — my clients are in North America. What I'm Looking For Proven EA experience (2 years) Hyper-organised — trackers, sheets, reminders; nothing slips past you A strong communicator — excellent written English and Hindi, warm and professional on WhatsApp Experienced in handling client communication on WhatsApp AI-savvy — you already use tools like ChatGPT to work faster and produce more, and you're eager to keep learning Diligent and efficient — you close loops fast and multitask without dropping quality A business-growth mindset — you think about what moves the business forward, not just the task list Discreet and trustworthy Comfortable working in a spiritual/astrology context Own laptop, smartphone, stable internet Pay & Growth ₹20,000-30,000/month · review at 2 months · growth into a senior operations role as we scale.
