Purpose: The Senior Systems Architect leads the implementation of digital technology solutions across new and existing store locations. This role coordinates internal teams, brand partners, and external vendors to deliver each deployment on schedule, to brand and technical standard, and within budget. Essential Functions: Leads end-to-end deployment of digital solutions including self-order kiosks, mobile and QR ordering, self-checkout, and related technologies for new store openings, remodels, conversions, and existing locations requiring technology enhancements Serves as the primary point of coordination between internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors throughout the deployment lifecycle Partners with Design provides weekly progress reports, implementation metrics, risk assessments, and project updates to leadership Reporting Relationship: The Senior Systems Architect reports to the Director of Digital Integrations Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment: Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 6 years: In a leadership role: Preferred 2 years of experience supervising or influencing a team of professionals engaged in implementing digital technology solution implementation In a technical role: Requires 6-8 years of experience engaged in executing technology deployments, digital rollouts A bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the 6-year requirement In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F
