About the Role We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader to drive merchant acquisition and payment solutions (EDC, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI, and Merchant Loans) across an assigned territory. You’ll lead a team of Field Sales Executives — this is a hands-on, field-first leadership role, not a desk job. If you love being on the ground, solving real problems for merchants, and motivating a team to hit targets every day, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do • Hire, train, and lead a team of Field Sales Executives • Drive merchant acquisition across EDC, Soundbox, PG, EMI & Loans, Merchant Acquestition, Merchant Relationship • Build strong merchant relationships and reduce churn • Own monthly targets and track team performance • Spend most of your time in the field (75%), working closely with merchants and your team What We’re Looking For • 1-3 years in field sales (Fintech/EDC/POS/FMCD/Insurance preferred) • Prior team handling experience in Phonpe, Gpay, Bharatpe, Mobikwik, ( Pet Pooja, Swiggy, Zomato Restaurant onboarding team )is a plus • Strong track record of hitting targets • Comfortable with daily fieldwork and high mobility • Good communication skills • Graduate or Post-graduate
